Question

After checking the answered question regarding my problem, I've attempted all of the solutions, to no avail. Using a Yamaha S90XS keyboard, everything is being transmitted except notes. I've reconnected the external instrument, checked the MIDI Monitor to see that notes are being received, checked the transmit from the keyboard itself. All of those things check out, yet there is still no notes being received and recorded. Can someone please help???

I would suggest checking 'options > external devices' and make sure that you Yamaha is installed as a keyboard and not as a control surface. Other than that I'm not sure.
