Question

I am getting aux signal from the sound board, but no aux signal from either of my stage boxes.

We experienced a similar problem where we could hear audio, but no input signal,  even though we doubled checked audio settings,  and triggered record / monitoring.   After, trail and error,  we were able to get things to work by on Windows 10 , Studio One  5.4 by opening OPTIONS,  AUDIO SETUP, CONTROL PANEL,  and
◾checking FORCE AUDIO TO 44.1KH

We're not sure if this is the correct configuration for the DAW, but it appears to be working fine now.
