Hi, I want to record through one audio interface but do playback, monitoring, and DAW control through my IOStation24c. Is this possible? I currently do everything through my IOStation24c but want to upgrade to more inputs and outputs and add the Presonus Studio 68c as my recording interface. I am upgrading to the Professional version soon and it looks like I can select separate interfaces for playback and recording in the professional version. If I do that, will I still be able to control the DAW with IOStatio24c?

Yes.

Ctrl + Comma to open Options

Go to the Audio Setup Tab

Click on the drop down for Audio Device and change it from ioStation to the one you want to use.

Click on Control Panel and change anything that is still pointing to ioStation (I had to change my inputs)

Click on Song Setup to verify that everything looks right there (I didn't have to make any changes)
