I was unable to renew my subscription via the Presonus site so on the 26th I renewed (at the Black Friday price) at Pluginboutique.com, applied the code and everything appeared to be good. Then the very next day Presonus renewed my Sphere account (at the full price). Now I've paid twice for this year and I need to get a refund for the renewal Presonus processed on the 27th. I'm confused why it would renew when it was a valid subscription and didn't require renewal for 364 days? I've opened a ticket with Presonus support and hopefully they will provide a refund quickly.
