my windows is recognizing it as I can play my audio player. It just isn't recognized in my audio options of studio one

Studio One can only recognize devices that have been installed correctly.

Many USB audio devices will work as general playback devices even when they are not installed properly.

You should check that you've installed the latest supported drivers for the device. If that does not work you'll need to contact Peavey for more assistance to ensure it's been installed correctly.
