Question

I recently received a pair of Presonus Eris 3.5 BT studio monitors, and was very excited about the plugins included. (I use Logic Pro X so Studio One 5 Prime isn't what I was after.)  I registered my product, but when I went to see the plugins on my computer via my.presonus.com, all that was there was Studio one 5 Prime. NO PLUGINS! I then went and looked on my iPad, and they're all there. Problem is, that's not where I need them. Anyone else had this problem, or know how to fix it?

Did you get the plugins for free just because you bought the eris 3.5 ?
