I have a Sphere Subscription. How can I make the software functional?

I cannot activate or use any of the offerings, is there a place to obtain the required license to run the included sphere software/plug-ins? I cant find any information on this. Studio one just says I am not the owner. It's unusable even tho it is available to the members.

Everything is in Studio One under the Studio One menu
Studio One -> Installation
