Question

I know there are previous and next buttons in impact so that you can audition the previous or next samples in a folder after you loaded a sample but if you have a lot of sample folders it would be better to be able to audition samples in context with the beat as you are selecting/highlighting them in the browser.

Right now you have to load a sample in a folder and then use the prev or next buttons to listen through the samples in that particular folder. If you don't find a sample in that folder you have to open the browser again in order to get to another folder to audition the samples inside there... If there was a preview in place/ in context directly from the browser, you could audion samples and change folders without closing and re opening the browser. i also like it more to navigate with the keyboard in the browser instead of clicking buttons with the mouse. i'm quicker that way...

Shortcircuit from Vemberaudio had the ability to audion samples in context directly from the browser as the beat was playing. Simple but powerful.
