So yesterday, I turn on my SL 16 series 3, open UC on my windows 10 64bit pc. UC says there is an update. I run the update, mixer restarts....the faders do a 60 second dance number then stop. The progress bar on the mixer touch screen is stuck at like 1% and never moves. I factory reset the mixer, it boots fine. I try to update again, same thing. I am able to manually, via SD card, get firmware 1.9 to load and it boots. Any firmware newer than 1.9, and it locks on boot and won't go any further.
I have already submitted a ticket but I have a band coming in this weekend and HAVE to figure this out. Any help at all is appreciated. Thanks in advance everyone.
