Question

Yesterday I bought a brand new Macbook Pro that is fully up to date. I have the issue that my Audiobox USB or any of my other interfaces are not being recognized by the computer. I restated it, PRAM restated it, redownloaded everything and there still isn't an option to change my input and output device to my interfaces in my system preferences or DAW (Studio One 2). Any help on how to troubleshoot this problem would be greatly appreciated.

Submit a technical support request with a Mac system report with your AudioBox connected and powered (if required)

The technicians will need to figure out what is jamming up the works here.
