STUDIO ONE 5 professional cuts off the first .01 seconds of a track when I export mixdown.. why?

hello,

it does this regardless of plugins or projects i'm working on.

when i export a mixdown the first .01 of a song is missings.  so, none of my loops i make lineup proper.  why?
