Question

Hi, 

I have been struggling for days on this. 

When i plug in my USB microphone (revelator) into my laptop the microphone turns on and all the lights are blue, but when it comes to the installation i keep getting a message saying 

Device USB\VID_0000&PID_0002\5&c72d3e8&0&2 had a problem starting.

I have raised a ticket with support and i have tried 3 laptops all with same message. cannot find driver. is there anyway i can install a manual driver for the microphone to recognise my laptop via connection? or anything that could possible work to fix the problem. 

I am a complete novice to this and its bringing me down a bit now that i cannot find any solution on how to fix it.

If you have not, give that a go.

If you've tried that already, download Presonus Universal Control to your PC and see if it's able to get things set up for you. I'm assuming you already have but just in case. https://www.presonus.com/products/Revelator/downloads
