When reporting audio, the Marker name is added to the end of file name. I need to remove it EVERY time. Went back to 5.1.1 and it keeps me from upgrading to Studio One 5.2.

YES. Having this same frustration - Super annoying feature that wasn't on Studio one 4. Got a reply when asking if it was a bug that it was INTENTIONAL - no idea why they would do that as it is truly illogical and time consuming. Would definitely add a vote here to get this feature removed ASAP!

We've got to tag this as a Feature Request so the folks at PreSonus will know how annoying it is.

Just give us a check box in the export dialog so we can turn it off.

I third this...this is HUGELY annoying. It's bad enough it makes superfluous unwanted folders every time I export something and I have to clean it up after each bounce. I HATE this behavior...just let me name my files what I want and decide for myself whether I need another folder or not (hint: I don't - any folders I actually need I will create myself.)

The main reason for not updating from 5.1 to 5.2.  Have to remove the added name extension EVERY time. Don't understand the need to change it. With very few people viewing the top comment and unable to vote.. looks like its here to stay. Just upgraded to 6.1 and it's still happening.. will work with it for a while. Dual pan, Dynamic EQ and De-Esser seem to be the only main upgrades. There are other ways and plug ins that can cover those. $200 for Logic Pro with ATMOS hmmmm...
