(BUG) Make all instrument tabs accessible even with instrument counts > 100

If you have 101 or greater instruments, the instrument tabs are no longer accessible. You can't get to the drop down menu to access high DPI, MPE, etc. This is an obvious bug since it happens immediately at 101 or greater instruments.
