Make dca groups their own channel.

Makes the dca a channel (not a volume fader) that individual channels are added to. The dca channel could be compressed, equalized, limited, gated, and be assigned to an fx bus. The only thing that would be different about the dca channel is that preamps wouldn’t work because the preamps are on the channels that are assigned to the dca. This would be an easy way to get a few vocal mics working quickly without feedback, to push the drums down with a  little compression instead of only being able to pull down the volume of the entire kit.

This can be accomplished by using one of the Flexmixes as a subgroup.
