The ability to trim samples inside SampleOne.

Sometimes samples like kick drums for example have a extra millisecond of silence before the transient, it would be nice to be able to "trim" that away inside SampleOne.

Good news, I think what you're trying to accomplish is already possible inside of Sample One. From page 252 of the manual:

"To adjust the time range of the sample that plays when triggered, float the mouse to the left or right edge of the sample until the Hand cursor appears, then click-and-drag left or right. The range highlighted in blue plays when the sample is triggered."
