Power light is red. Other light are on. Can't even play through without computer.

I have 2 Presonus products (26C and 1810) and they both stopped working in Windows 10 while plugged to a USB 3.0 port. Light is red. 1810 works though on the USB 2.0 port. We need answers from Presonus
