Question

Using a Studio Live 24.4.2 and 16.4.2 mixers with an HP Laptop, WIN 10 Pro, via Thunderbolt cable to an Express Card.

Both of these mixers previously worked using Capture and Studio 1.

When attempting to use Capture, the program will open but if you attempt to start a new session, the system will crash and go to hard restart.

When using Studio 1, the program won't recognize either mixer.

The system and express card connection does work with UC Surface.

All software is up to date.

Any help?
