Question

Mac Studio M1 Max 32GB, AU plugins.

Latest macOS, latest plugins or instruments, latest studio one, because I just encountered a computer malfunction, and I sent it to Genius Bar for repairs, it restored all factory settings. I setup and installed some plugins or instruments today, and it shows this interface again, once I disable this plugin and enable it, it will return to normal, but all parameters will be lost!

I don't know what to do, can someone help me please?

I'm having the same problem. I have saved the preset (STORE PRESET), I change the instrument, then go back to it and set the preset again. But invariably, after mixing on the song for a little while, it returns to the same thing (see your screenshot).

From the plugin, there is no seeming way to switch between views. I was sure it was something that simple. I wonder if it's something to do where the VST is stored, if you have the plugin on an external hard drive?

By the way, if you can't see the actual keyboard, you can't use any preset categories, such as on my Jupiter 8. I really don't understand how things just change by themselves.
