Question

I just bought Eris E5 BT and I can hear it hissing even from several feet away! I checked and lowered input levels, still there. I am using Presonus Studio24c as my audio interface and the supplied cables. Is there any solution to this?

Same problem for me, also if I lower all the volumes, not the nice when they are intended as studio monitors
