A keyboard shortcut and/or modifier that will take whatever time you have selected on a track and expand it to include that same slice of time but across all tracks. Could be cool to have a modifier key to do this right on the time ruler.
This would be really handy when doing some quick rearranging, time deletion, moving sections to the scratchpad, etc. The Arranger track helps with some of this but not always.
