It's time for a break reminder (anti ear fatigue)

A lamp which goes on to remind you it might be time for a break. The DAW knows your activity and a reminder could be set for a certain time, such as remind you every 45 minutes. The DAW can even notice when you are in your break.

Best answer
Set your computer power profile to never go to sleep. Let the monitor go to sleep. Then the system will never power down with your session open. It's also a good idea to always hit Control + S before you walk away from the keyboard to save your session. This is true with any software not just Studio One.
