MP3 Conversion Not Working

I have a sufficiently updated version of Studio One and am using it with the Audiobox USB. I have recorded a track and want to export it as an mp3 file so I bought the mp3 converter and that was all fine and dandy. But when I attempted to export the track, it went through all the motions of exporting it and the mp3 file appeared in my files but when I try to open it it keeps saying "File error (-2018375670). I don't know what I'm doing wrong when exporting the file. Please help.
