Anyone else having severe lagging issues while using an iPad to mix a live band? Often, while the band is playing (6-10 pieces), the faders lock up, or are extremely slow to respond. It seems the only time I can smoothly mix is when there's absolute silence/nothing coming through the channels.
Do we suppose this is an iPad/Network/Software issue? Would switching to a hard-wired laptop situation be better for this?
