I'm checking your FAQ from http://support.presonus.com/hc/en-us/articles/210046863 to "how to reset your mixer....'

From your screenshot below

From the last UC v1.5.0.36497 i've got a different screenshot without the menu "Settings - Factory Reset".

If it's not possible to reset via the Software, do you have a procedure manually from the mixer ?

I dowloaded the last UC for my MAC and Windows.

What you are looking at is an older version of UC that was for the legacy mixers and Firewire Hardware. You have a StudioLive 16.4.2AI and a factory reset for an AI mixer is completly different than how you would perform one on a legacy mixer.

The article below addresses how to perform a factory reset on the AI mixers. Please take a look at it and you will see how very different it is from what you were taking a look at:
