Are we ever getting an offline editor in Universal Control?

I've seen this asked over the years, and those questions got upvoted, and there was even an admin post that said the developers watch for those. And yet...

Is this even on the radar as a feature to add to the software? Or is a new piece of software being developed for this purpose? Because it appears like it isn't.

+1. If no plans exist for this, PreSonus should at least publish sufficient documentation for a third party to develop this. UCNET documentation would be a good start. The lack of an offline editor in 2024 is frankly appalling.

No offline editor, and the "demo mode" that used to be in "universal control" is now gone...

I don't think offline mode will come anytime soon. Even if Mixing Station developer gets a hand in the UCNET protocol it would still be a huge work until it gets implemented in their app. The worst part is that UCNET protocol is proprietary, so extensive reverse engineering is required.

If only Presonus could send any notification about the progress of this feature...
I guess I'll be stuck with X32 and Mackie DL32S since they offer offline mode.
