Can you make the changing of the velocity of a single note easier?

To change the velocity of a note, currently users must go to View: "Show Sequencer Overlay."  When changing the velocity, users do not see what the current velocity is.  They are entering the new value in a blank box.  It would be nice to know what value it would be playing the note at otherwise.  Also, the value, once entered, is often hidden behind other notes when going back in.  The whole thing is rather awkward.

Requests:

1) Allow users to enter a "+10" or a "-25" etc., to add or subtract whatever the value would be otherwise.  Also, allow users to enter the exact value "52" or "105," as it currently is.  Adding a + or - value would be tremendously helpful as it is cumbersome to research what the current value is.  Also, if a user later on, a week or so later, say, changes a P to a PP, the + or - value may likely still be desired, whereas the direct value would likely not be.

2) Allow users to change multiple notes at once.

3) Allow users to change the velocity without going to "Show Sequence Overlay." That is, allow them to right click when a note or notes are selected and choose "velocity" from the menu.
