How do I get Studio One to recognize touch input from 2 touch screens in Windows 11?

I'm running a 3 monitor setup from an Asus Gaming Laptop that I use for mixing and video editing.  I have a 43" TV for the top monitor, and 2x 27" Planar touch screens side by side below that.  The 43" is 4k and the 2 27" touch screens are 1080p.  The 43" is connected via HDMI while the 2 27" monitors are connected via Thunderbolt>OWC multi Thunderbolt dock>USB C to HDMI adapters.  The touch input is connected via USB.  All 3 monitors are recognized by windows and work fine.  Both touch screens are recognized and work correctly in windows and other windows apps.

However, Studio One only recognizes the touch screen on the right.  When I have a Studio One window on my left touch screen and try to touch it, a circle shows up like it does in other apps or windows desktop, but it doesn't trigger a click.  Clicking with the mouse works, and the touch input works if I move the window to the right side touch screen.

In the S1 manual, a touch input menu is mentioned, but this only seems to be available on mac, not windows.

Any advice to get my 2nd touch screen working in S1?  I'm an advanced user and would be comfortable editing a config file somewhere if needed since there doesn't seem to be a menu option.

Thanks for your help.
