Hi, since purchase of Studio one 6 and studiolive 16 series 3 in December 22 until today I have not been able to resolve communication issues. As found on chat I did factory reset of the mixer but then it wasn’t possible to change the sample rate to 44.1. So I updated all again and now the studio one started crashing. Very frustrated and considering getting rid of the mixer . Could I get any support from Presonus? Thank you
