Question

Hi, I am wondering if anyone has come across, or has a cure for this little issue.

I have created and stored a new scene on my studiolive 24.4.2, but if I power down the desk with that scene selected the next time I power up again I have no sound output at all!

I have got sound back by changing the scene, and then the sample rate, the board comes alive again.

I can then select the scene I was in again.

Any ideas?

It is possible for scenes to become corrupted and no longer function, depending on whether they came from a saved location on a computer with Universal Control VSL software, or if the scene came from a really old firmware version before you updated.

I would suggest no longer using that scene and continuing on with different scenes should the problem only exist there.  Note too that a Factory Reset can be done on the mixer and you can also Contact Technical Support for assistance should these issues not be resolved after doing the things mentioned.
