Impact XT is a great all around drum sampler, but I feel like it’s lacking in a couple simple functions and tools such as a Fade In and Fade Out for the sample.

Simple parametric EQ. Simple parametric including basic bell and shelf curves to shape drum sounds pre or after drive and filter to be able to come up with variety of different drum sounds while staying in one plugin.

Been loving the “Punch” knob since it first came to Sample One, but I think adding a OTT style one knob “hype” compression for Sample One would make it a one stop shop for modern drum sampler needs.
