One of the missing features in Studio One is the ability to set a maximum limit to the MIDI velocity to the selected notes (not a fixed velocity). It often happens that there are some sporadic notes that deviate too much from the average of the others and currently it is not possible to select only those from a certain velocity up and then compress them through a dedicated command. I request the ability to select the notes with a velocity criteria or to be able to set the maximum value allowed.

Another missing feature is the ability to enter a unique velocity value for selected notes directly from the box where the numeric value is located. You could add the ability to enter a value and confirm with a CMD+Enter to set the same values for all selected notes. I hope it is taken into consideration

Anyway a better note selection filter conditions could be a great new

IMHO Studio One is one of the weakest DAWs in MIDI.  Someone high up in the company is ok with the MIDI side being weak...... They need to hire someone who really understands MIDI orchestration by professionals and the tools they need and use.  There is obviously a bias against this need as the company doesn't respond to questions about building their software in this area to a professional product.
