Question

I'm using Macbook OS sonoma 
Revelator io24 connected to MacBook and installed universal control, but this program says it doesn't have a device


I bought USB and tried to downgrade to ventura countless times and reinstalled universal control dozens of times, but still say no device

I bought an io24 with my friend's recommendation, but I've been spending 10 hours playing YouTube and Googling and now it's past 4:30 a.m

I want you to help me figure out how to solve this problem.

It's a shame ... latest Universal Control v4.2.0.96206 is from October 2023 and shown in the download as only Ventura compatible. Unbelievable and embarrassing.

PS: But v4.2.0 works on macOS Sonoma 14.4.1 at least with my MacBook Pro M3 and my Quantum 2. But on the first start I needed to go into system settings and allow the execution. And for the drivers to work a reboot is needed.

If you allowed Universal Control in system settings and it's use of the microphone and it still doesn't work, you should contact Presonus Support.
