UC does not open when connected to studiolive 16r onli loading icon.

I have just registered my studio live 16r, Watched the videos downloaded  UC and manuals, I cannot download the free studio one and I cannot open virtual mixer  on my PC It is always in loading state,why?

I guess we are left all alone after buying their product and no support at all.
