I have the Presonus Audiobox USB studio that includes Audio =box USB Studio and installed my purchased items Ampire, Ampire High density pack Fat Channel Collection Vol, 1, Fat channel XT Analog effects collection. I have spent an entire day trying to acces the most features. Simply to access and open Ampire. I have the Hub, used to install and activate all the items. I have the Studio One 6 as the main recording software to record. It all seems great, except I cannot work even the open basic feature.
I do not think the installation was done incorrectly. I am a systems engineer and have been in the industry for about 30 years. I cannot imagine a user friendly setup as this should be causing this much work to open something to test.
