Question

I work with a band that owns their own SL16AI. I own two RM16AI's. Is it possible for them to backup their scene to a computer, and send it to me to load on my RM series? They already created great monitor mixes for their IEMs, EQs, Gates, Comps etc. Really quite the easy gig for me on FOH. Id love to be able to lighten their load and use my RM series instead of making them lug their SL16AI. Is this achievable?

PreSonus Audio does not currently support the use of StudioLive AI console mixers to RM AI mixers and vise versa.  Scene transfer between mixers could work correctly for some parameters, but in internal testing of mixer scenes amongst many firmware versions, discrepancies have been found and cause major problems with audio routing.

If you are chosing to use StudioLive AI mix scenes between consoles or between RM mixers, please be cautious and if any issues exist please discontinue using those scenes immediately.

Should you do so and major issues occur on your mixer, you can complete a Factory Reset on your mixer using these instructions for StudioLive AI Consoles or StudioLive RM/RML Mixers.
