Question

S/PDIF output currently has a number of different channels that can be selected to pass through the digital output.

The Control Room outputs on the StudioLive are are currently analogue stereo jacks.

I would like to route the Control Room signal through S/PDIF so I can have a digital signal between the mixing desk and the control room monitors.

To do this, you could add "Control Room" as one of the selectable channels when configuring the S/PDIF output.

I have a 32.4.2AI if that helps.
