Can I work more than 1 audio interfaces at the time, connected by USB?

I just wanted to see if I can work more than one audio interface at a time cause I'm planning to buy 2 of the 8 channel PreSonus audio interface.

Which two interfaces are you looking to purchase? We usually don't support aggregating multiple USB interfaces on the same computer, but it's possible that one of the units that you're looking at is expandable via ADAT.
