I have uninstalled the driver step by step but still channels 2 and 3 strangely not working. Sometimes it works, sometimes not..

Check your I/O setup within your DAW.  If using Studio One, utilize the 1818VSL interface template when starting a new song.  This will automatically set up the routing for you.
