I have sound on my channel strip, but no level meter showing on the strip channel on my window 10 touch screen

i have the same problem but only when I'm using my tablet. if I'm hooked to the router with the ethernet port everything works fine. if I'm connected to the router with the wireless the level meters do not work. or if I'm using my macbook with firewire everything works fine.
