There was an issue with the Studio One 3.3.0 release that was identified with Windows 10 that resulted in this error.
Studio One 3.3.1 update was released on Tuesday Sept 6th, 2016 that resolves this issue.
You can download Studio One 3.3.1 directly from your
http://my.presonus.com account and run the installer to update.
