Hi folks,

I recorded a track in 44.1 and somehow it got saved in 48.0 and now is stuck in a lower pitch.
I tried to reset both the sample rate of my rm32ai and S1V3 to 44.1 , ... then 48.0 but the song is stuck in a lower pitch.

I have no idea how this happened. Both S1V3 and the RM32AI are completely up to date. I have a client coming in tomorrow whose song I feel is ruined because I can't get it back to the pitch that it was recorded in.

Please, please help! I attached a system report and version of my iMac.

Late 2015 iMac
4.0ghz
32gb ram

S1V3 (version is in the attachments)
RM32AI (version in attachments)

I assume you were using Capture 2.2.1. There was a bug with OSX and capture on that version. The files are still usable, but you will need to download a program to alter the header tags for sample rate in the files. Check out Wave Agent:

There is a new version of Capture that fixes this issue, please download this new version to correct future recordings.
