I want to be able to punch in/out midi and record momentaly on the same possition

If you are using Auto-Punch it will always punch in at the Loop Start marker.   If you are punching manually it should punch in wherever you hit record.   If that's not happening it could be a combination of the approach and some options like "Return to Start on Stop" (right click the record button in 3.3.4) and some other options depending on if you are punching and recording from a dead stop or while the transport is already running.
