I have the latest version of Studio One 3 on my MacBook Pro, the latest drivers for Universal Control, and the latest firmware on my StudioLive 16.4.2.  When I start a new song in Studio One and try to set the song preferences, Studio One only recognizes the internal device and a FireStudio interface (instead of the StudioLive).  I have been able to record, however this has caused an issue with creating my monitor mixes because I can't take advantage of all the auxiliary outputs.  What am I doing wrong?

This is correct. The 16.4.2 is part of the PreSonus Firestudio Family of Products. This is expected behavior for the mixer to be seen this way.

To address your monitor mix issues, please refer to the Studio One Manual on how to:

1) Set up monitor mixes

2) Setting up I/O in Studio One for your device
