Studio One 3 continues to crash intermittently. It has crashed when I am configuring effects, when I am browsing loops or samples in Sample One, when adding instruments to a track...just basic things. I have uninstalled the software and installed again. I have also moved all Preset instruments/loops/samples and NI Sample library to an external 1TB SSD drive to saved on memory and system usage. I have also double checked to make sure my Mac is working at 64bit mode instead of 32bit mode. However, Studio One continues to crash. I do some intense graphic design work on this Macbook Pro and have had no problems when using any Adobe software. Please Help!!

Here are my system and software specs:

Macbook Pro (Retina, Mid 2012)
Mac Os Sierra - ver. 10.12.1
Processor 2.3 GHz Intel Core i7
Memory: 8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3
Graphics: Intel HD Graphics 4000 1536 MB
Studio One 3 - ver. 3.3.1 Build 39379
Interface: ZOOM TBTAudio - ver. 2.0.12

To resolve this, please submit a support ticket. Please include a text attachment of the crash report, and your OS X system report.

Please make sure your audio hardware is connected and powered on when you do this.

To access your MAC's System Profile:

- Apple Menu --> About this Mac... --> System Report --> File --> Save

- Save it as "your_name.spx"

- Attach the .spx file to the support ticket upon submission.
