When using a touchscreen PC(Laptop) as FOH for my RM32, can I split the display if I add a second touchscreen monitor?  For example:  put effects / sub groups on a 2nd screen.  Could attach a large touch screen for much less $ than buying another iPad.

Open UC Control (do not start your mixer), click on "Settings" and "Preferences". The tab "Touch Input" gives you some options. As I understand it you can chose which monitor you want to use with your multitouch-device, but there is no multiple multi-touch, just one...

There is no way around an iPad, but iPad2 still works and you can get enough of them for very little money.

(I know it's an old post, just for other people that's searching for something similar like I was)

I was just wanting to experiment with something like this, check out sandboxie-plus, it allows you to run two or more instances of the universal control on Windows. I was experimenting with this to view the mixer, meters and fat channel modes simultaneous on different screens. It's possible to do something like I show down here in your case, I used diferent user layers in each to show what its needed (channels in one and auxies, fx and sub on the other).

The problem with this approach is that it ain't supported by presonus (for obvious reasons), with this in mind, you can test the stability, I didn't have problems yet, but we never know.

edit: For some reason the image didn't show up, but it's not needed to understand, so... no image it is
