The Smaart RTA and Spectragraph components are integrated into the UC Surface software. These Smaart features require an audio connection from the Mixer to the Computer running UC Surface, in order to get the audio from the mixer into the UC Surface Smaart analysis component. Currently the only way to use Smaart features is via a Firewire connection from the Mixer to the Computer.
If your Touchscreen computer can have a supported Firewire connection to the Mixer, then UC Surface on that Touchscreen computer should be able to run the Smaart Spectragraph features. Otherwise, it would not be possible at this time.
It may be possible in the future for the Smaart features of UC Surface to support other audio transports (AVB and Dante), and it may also be possible in the future for other UC Surface devices to display the Smaart Spect and RTA readout from the audio-connected UC Surface computer. Neither of these things is currently possible though.
