Windows and Sonar can see the SL 16.0.2 - all channels in and out
Sonar takes a few seconds to begin playing an audio clip - when it does start there is no sound in VU meters or speakers
Windows control panel sees the 16.0.2 - when I test audio - windows VU meters show signal - but there is no signal or sound in the 16.0.2
The 16.0.2 is working fine on my mac and was working OK with Win 7 before I upgraded that system to Win 10
