Question

Greetings. Thanks for your reply and careful instructions. I followed these instructions, and I did not see any of the files that I was to delete. After the factory reset, I still have the same issue:

I can see signal getting to the FIreStudio, and I see no signal getting through to Studio One. I can see signal getting through to Universal Control.

Please let me know if you have any suggestions for me.

Ensure your computer is fully up to date with all updates.

Ensure you are using the latest version of Universal Control.

Ensure you are using the latest version of Studio One.

If you have signal within Universal Control, you should have signal in Studio One.

In Studio One, Create a New and Empty Song.

Open Options/Preferences and check the Audio Setup.  Ensure you have Audio Device set to the FireStudio.

Open Song Setup and check the Audio I/O Setup.  Ensure you have your inputs and outputs assigned.
