I updated my I Mac to a Mac Pro with OS Sierra. I installed the Universal control on my new computer and it is locked. I cannot operate the software.

If everything is "greyed out", UC Surface on your your new computer has no permission to control the mixer. Go to "System" on your mixer, page 3, look for the device (your computer) and activate the settings "FOH" and "Ch.Rename". This should get you going.

Just wanted to add the information that access code 12345 unlocks UC Surface. Maybe this is a more precise answer to your question. You can read everything about "UC Surface Mix Permissions" and "Change Access Code" in the software manual (chapter 4.8.1).
